Most insurance plans are accepted (now accepting Ambetter Health Plans). Please contact your insurance carrier before visiting to confirm service coverage. If you're uninsured, self-pay options are available.

We accept most major credit cards, debit cards, FSA/HSA cards, gift cards (Visa and Mastercard) and personal checks that represent the exact amount for services. We no longer accept cash as of January 2023.
