Dr. James Gregory Muns is board-certified in family medicine. Dr. Muns has been serving the primary care needs of the Rockwall community since 1987.

Dr. Wesley G. Acker is board-certified in family medicine. Dr. Acker is dedicated to providing the full range of medical care for your family. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Dr. Lindsey Foote is board certified in family medicine. She has served the Rockwall community since completing her medical education in 2004.

Dr. Robert Stark Jr. is board certified in family medicine. He has served North Texans since completing his medical studies in 2006.

Certified family nurse practitioner Betsy Null has served the Rockwall community and surrounding areas as a nurse practitioner since 2009. She got her clinical career started in 1994 as a registered nurse working with heart patients. Previously, she spent many years caring for employees in the Rockwall Independent School District.

Betsy received her undergraduate degree in nursing from the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg. She later returned to the classroom to earn her master’s degree in nursing at Texas A&M University in Corpus Christi. Betsy places a priority on providing comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages with an emphasis on acute care and the management of chronic conditions, including diabetes, hypertension and high cholesterol. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Dr. Victoria Smithers is board-certified in family medicine, providing quality health care to the Rockwall community since 2002. Her interests include well-child care, women’s health, nutrition counseling, skin conditions and minor orthopedics.

Dr. Richard Bellinger is board-certified in family medicine. Dr. Bellinger has provided quality health care to the Rockwall community since completing his medical education in 1990. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Texas Academy of Family Physicians and Texas Medical Association.

Having brothers who were both ill as youngsters, Cynthia Cruz developed an early appreciation for those who care for others. She has worked in emergency/urgent care and family medicine since 2014. Cynthia is certified as a family nurse practitioner. and a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Outside of work, Cynthia enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
