Since 2008, Sunita Vashisth has built her nursing career on providing high-quality care to patients of all ages. She is a board-certified adult-gerontology primary care nurse practitioner with experience in the areas of internal medicine, rehabilitative care and geriatric medicine. Sunita is a memberof the American Nurses Association.

Chandra Hamilton has been a registered nurse since 2018. She has cared for patients with a variety of acute and chronic health conditions, including gastrointestinal disorders, cardiac, stroke and Alzheimer’s disease. In 2023, Chandra went on to become certified as a family nurse practitioner. She is committed to the overall health of North Texans and improving the quality of life for those with complex conditions.

Chandra graduated Cum Laude with her bachelor’s degree in nursing through West Coast University. She also earned her master’s degree in nursing/family nurse practitioner through West Coast University. Chandra is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Dr. Ikenna Nweke’s passion for providing comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages led him to pursue a career in family medicine, even after earning his master’s degree in healthcare administration. His areas of special interest include diabetes care, the treatment of obesity and preventive medicine. Dr. Nweke is a board-certified family physician with membership in the American Academy of Family Physicians and American Medical Association.

In her years of caring for others, Jennifer Ibekwe has collaborated with physicians on everything from heart failure and diabetes cases to patients with COPD and renal disease. She began her career as a registered nurse in 2016 and became certified as a family nurse practitioner in 2022. She previously worked in an urgent care environment, where she provided care planning, diagnosis and treatment for a broad range of health conditions in patients of all ages.

Jennifer earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing at Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, Ga. She graduated with her master’s degree in nursing from the University of Cincinnati in Ohio.

Kristen Brannon is a certified physician assistant who has served Bedford and the surrounding communities since 2006. She focuses on delivering preventive care, wellness exams, health education and risk assessments to help her patients get well and stay healthy. Kristen is a member of the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants.

Diamonte Jones came to realize the impact he could have on a patient’s quality of life during the five years he spent working as a firefighter and EMT. He returned to the classroom to earn his certification as a physician assistant and focus his training in the areas of family and internal medicine. Diamonte is clinically trained in a variety of areas, including cardiology, emergency medicine, pediatrics, women’s health services and primary care. His passion for practicing medicine lies in finding the treatment approach that works best for each unique patient.

Diamonte earned a Bachelor of Health Sciences at the University of Memphis in Tennessee. He graduated with his Master of Medical Science in physician assistant studies from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, also in Memphis. Diamonte is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and Texas Academy of Physician Assistants.
