Nicole Culp began her career in 1997 working as a registered nurse in the area of women’s health. She became certified as a family nurse practitioner in 2020 and has served the health needs of North Texas children and adults ever since. In addition to women’s care, Nicole’s vast nursing experience includes work in orthopedics/sports medicine, urgent care, pain management, behavioral health and school nursing. She is committed to providing quality primary care services for all with the aim of closing the gap on accessible care.
Nicole graduated Summa Cum Laude from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas, earning her bachelor’s degree in nursing. She later returned to the classroom to graduate Summa Cum Laude with her master’s degree in nursing from Texas A&M University in Corpus Christi. Nicole is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and North Texas Nurse Practitioners.
