Nicole Culp began her career in 1997 working as a registered nurse in the area of women’s health. She became certified as a family nurse practitioner in 2020 and has served the health needs of North Texas children and adults ever since. In addition to women’s care, Nicole’s vast nursing experience includes work in orthopedics/sports medicine, urgent care, pain management, behavioral health and school nursing. She is committed to providing quality primary care services for all with the aim of closing the gap on accessible care.

Nicole graduated Summa Cum Laude from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas, earning her bachelor’s degree in nursing. She later returned to the classroom to graduate Summa Cum Laude with her master’s degree in nursing from Texas A&M University in Corpus Christi. Nicole is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and North Texas Nurse Practitioners.

Certified physician assistant Elisa Gerdes has been serving the health care needs of the Fort Worth community since 2009. Her areas of special interest include preventive medicine and chronic disease management. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

Francesca Luppert has worked in the nursing field since 2011 and became certified as a family nurse practitioner in 2016. She previously served the primary care needs of the Cleburne community with a focus on preventative medicine and managing chronic health conditions in adolescent and adult patients. Francesca chose the area of family medicine so she could advocate for the wellness of her patients across their lifespan. She strives to continuously learn and provide a quality connection with patients.

Francesca attended Saint Xavier University in Chicago, Ill., where she earned her undergraduate degree in nursing. She went on to earn her master’s degree in nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Ind. Away from the office, she enjoys vacationing in the tropics in the summer and snowboarding in the winter. Francesca is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She speaks fluent Tagalog in addition to English.

Theresa Bryant is a certified physician assistant dedicated to the health and wellness of the Fort Worth community. Her clinical training includes experience in pediatrics, geriatrics, internal medicine, obstetrics/gynecology and family medicine. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and Texas Academy of Physician Assistants.

A medical mission trip to Haiti in 2014 where she worked alongside a nurse practitioner spurred Mary Margaret (Maggie) McClelen’s interest in becoming a health care provider. She has worked as a registered nurse in the Fort Worth community since 2018 and became a certified family nurse practitioner in 2024. She also is certified as a pediatric nurse with clinical focus in the areas of heart, lung and digestive health care.

Maggie graduated from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa with her bachelor’s degree in nursing. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice while attending Texas Christian University in Fort Worth. Maggie is passionate about getting to know the health of entire families and gaining new medical knowledge each and every day. She places a priority on empowering her patients to have a say in their care and to put their health front and center. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and Texas Nurse Practitioners organizations.

Priscilla Pichon worked as a certified physician assistant since 2020 in the Tyler, Texas community before setting roots down in North Texas in 2024. She is experienced in the area of primary care with a focus on providing comprehensive care for young adults and adult patients. She is especially passionate about improving health and well-being, preventing disease and reducing barriers to health care for patients of all ages.

Priscilla earned her bachelor’s degree in biology as well as her Master of Public Health at Baylor University in Waco, Texas. She graduated with her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Midland. Priscilla is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and Texas Academy of Physician Assistants. She speaks fluent Spanish.

As a former collegiate athlete and nutritional science major, Dr. Daniel Cooley knows the importance of nutrition and preventative measures in promoting health and wellness. In his practice, the board-certified family medicine physician prioritizes prevention-based care and healthy-lifestyle services to promote longevity and weight management. He also has clinical interests in the areas of dermatology and in-office skin procedures, sports medicine and men’s health.

Dr. Cooley has provided primary and urgent care services to North Texas families since 2020. He earned his medical degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center-Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth. He completed his family medicine residency at John Peter Smith hospital, also in Fort Worth. Dr. Cooley is a member of the American Medical Association, American Osteopathic Association and Texas Medical Association.
