Cassandra Gutierrez became a registered nurse in 2010 and certified as a family nurse practitioner in 2018. She graduated with honors from the nursing program at The University of Texas at Arlington after completing her undergraduate nursing degree at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. She served the communities of Newport News, Va., and Honolulu, Hawaii, before returning to North Texas in 2016. She has worked in the primary care setting since 2019 with a focus on diagnostic testing and support for disease prevention.

Cassandra is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and Sigma Theta Tau National Honor Society for Nursing. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, doing arts and crafts projects, and staying active any way she can. In addition to English, Cassandra is fluent in Spanish.

Certified nurse practitioner Julie Taylor completed her clinical education in 2001. Since then, she has delivered patient-focused health care to the North Texas community. Julie is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Temeka Stoker has served North Texans as a nurse practitioner since 2017 when she became certified in adult-gerontology care. She has an additional decade of experience as a critical care/cardiology registered nurse. Temeka’s current focus is on providing quality patient care in collaboration with a physician.

Temeka earned her bachelor's degree in nursing while attending The University of Texas at Arlington. She completed her master’s degree nursing program through Walden University out of Minneapolis, Minn. Temeka is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and North Texas Nurse Practitioners.

Mary Ann Alex has been in the nursing field since 2019 working primarily in the area of women’s care. She became certified as a family nurse practitioner in 2024 and began collaborating with physicians and other health care providers in an internal medicine setting. She places a priority on health promotion and compassionate care that helps to improve quality of life.

Mary Ann earned her undergraduate nursing degree at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock. She graduated with her master’s degree in nursing from Texas Wesleyan University in Fort Worth.

Dr. Loraine Yeoham is board-certified in family medicine and is committed to quality care for North Texas families. She is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians and Texas Osteopathic Medical Association.

Dr. Sana Muntajibuddin has served the Fort Worth community as a board-certified family medicine physician since 2015. Her areas of clinical interest include women’s health, nutrition education, preventive health, and community health-based initiatives. Dr. Muntajibuddin has performed a number of procedures during her medical career, including minor skin procedures, skin tag removal, pap smears, as well as osteopathic manipulation. During her training, she also performed sports physicals and participated in community-centered discussions that focused on nutrition, physical activity, and emotional well-being in Fort Worth area schools.

Dr. Muntajibuddin earned her medical degree while attending West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg, W.V. She completed her family medicine residency at the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth. Dr. Muntajibuddin is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, American College of Osteopathic Physicians, American Osteopathic Association, Tarrant County Medical Society and Texas Medical Association.
