Alyson Barton began her nursing career in 2013 working with critically ill patients. She returned to the classroom in 2019 to earn her advanced degree and certification as a family nurse practitioner. Alyson’s experience includes primary care and cardiovascular health services. She is qualified to perform wound care, skin biopsies, joint injection therapies and other services in the family medicine setting.

Alyson graduated Magna Cum Laude from West Coast University in North Hollywood, Calif. with her bachelor’s degree in nursing. She earned her master’s degree in nursing/FNP from The University of Texas at Arlington. Alyson previously worked in the Colleyville community caring for patients with a variety of acute and chronic health conditions. She is committed to life-long learning that helps to advance the care of her patients. Alyson is a member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses.
